Prior to completing the form, you will want to have gathered the following materials. If you do not have an item on hand during sign-up, please email it into the AAOM office at your earliest convenience.

Sponsors with Exhibit Booth:

  1. Company description (150 words max)

  3. Banner advertisement (1000 x 300 pixels)
  4. Up to 3 downloadable PDF flyers/brochures
