AAOM is launching new philanthropic options for AAOM members with both a clear strategic direction and a renewed charitable structure that enables tax-deductible giving. Both options offer an opportunity to invest collectively in the future of the field in ways that extend beyond the important role membership has long played. Oral medicine is ready for greater visibility across healthcare; patients need broader and more reliable access to expert care; future specialists need sustained support for training and research if the field is to grow in both scale and impact.

AAOM members are uniquely positioned to lead this effort and to shape what oral medicine will look like for the next generation. AAOM is where the field comes together, and philanthropy is how the Academy ensures it grows.

Your member support helps the Academy advance education, research, mentorship, awareness, and the oral medicine profession as a whole. AAOM now offers two convenient ways to give.

Donate Directly to AAOM 

Use AAOM’s pre-existing donation form to make a direct contribution in support of the Academy’s programs and priorities.

Make a Tax-Deductible Gift via Fiscal Sponsorship Allies (FSA) 

Give through AAOM’s fiscally sponsored project with Fiscal Sponsorship Allies (FSA). This option is designed for donors seeking a charitable contribution that may be tax-deductible as allowed by law. FSA will process the gift and provide the applicable donation acknowledgment.

Both gifts support AAOM. Select the direct AAOM option for the Academy’s traditional giving experience, or choose the FSA option if you would like your donation processed through AAOM’s fiscal sponsor with possible tax benefits as allowed by law.
