AAOM Membership Categories

Regular Member – $295.00 Annually
Regular Members are graduates of an accredited dental or medical school who have shown special interest or who have accomplishments in oral medicine.

Affiliate Member – $145.00 Annually
Affiliate Members have a doctoral or professional degree in dental hygiene or a related discipline. These members are engaged in teaching, healthcare provision or research in oral medicine or complementary areas.

Auxiliary Member –  $40.00 Annually
Auxiliary members of the American Academy of Oral Medicine is open to partners of Academy members and works closely with the Academy to achieve its objectives, supporting scholarship programs, public relations and awards.

  • Participation in Annual Meeting special events and activities

Associate-Graduate Member. Complimentary to recipients of the AAOM Certificate of Merit.

Associate-Graduate members are recipients of the AAOM Certificate of Merit. One student per class at a recognized Dental/Oral Medicine program is selected each year by the faculty at that program. The Associate-Graduate Membership lasts for two years.
